Returns
30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Condition
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Refunds
Once the return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged, email support@deskandedc.ch with photos and we'll sort it.
